11200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 11200 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 11200 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 11200 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 11200. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version. 11200 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the website.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using the 11200 platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 11200 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without return of any balance.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 11200 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 11200 support team immediately. You are also required to keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, to ensure your account details remain accurate at all times.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the 11200 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules:
- Not to use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Not to manipulate, hack, or damage the systems, software, or databases of the 11200 platform.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Not to spread false, misleading, or harmful information to other users through the platform.
- Not to transfer, sell, or distribute your account to any third party.
- Not to use illegally obtained funds to make deposits or conduct transactions on the 11200 platform.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension of your account, and 11200 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 11200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered under the same name as their 11200 account.
11200 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including online banking, bank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the platform. Deposits made through unrecognised methods or on behalf of a third party may be rejected or frozen until the account holder can verify the source of funds.
Fund withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user's account. 11200 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed the applicable limits set from time to time.
All confirmed and settled transactions are final. 11200 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
11200 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or downtime at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 11200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to unprocessed funds lost due to technical disruptions beyond 11200's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 11200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 11200 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 11200.
Third-Party Links
The 11200 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 11200 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and conditions before using their services.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
11200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including: suspected fraud, breach of these terms, money laundering activity, requests from authorities, or failure to submit required identity verification documents. In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, any balance in the account may be held pending investigation.
Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 11200 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.
Changes to Terms
11200 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform, and the effective date of the new version will be clearly stated. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed procedures or, failing that, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
